No Refund for Incorrect Selection 

• I am solely responsible for selecting the correct sizes, colours, and quantities. 
• Refunds or exchanges are not guaranteed and may only be considered in accordance with the company’s returns policy. 

Approved Use of Purchased Items 

• Optional purchased items must still comply with company dress and appearance standards if worn for work. 
• Buying an optional item does not replace or override any mandatory uniform requirements set by the company. 

Quality & Wear 

• I acknowledge that general wear-and-tear is expected and will not be refunded or replaced by the company. 
• Any damage caused by misuse or incorrect care is my responsibility. 

Delivery & Fulfilment 

• I understand that delivery times may vary and that orders may take longer during busy periods. 
• Delays in fulfilment do not affect the voluntary nature of this purchase.
