Please click here to create your free returns label to return your uniform items. Follow the steps carefully to make sure your return is processed quickly.

Step 1: Fill in Your Details

When you open the returns link, enter the following in the order reference:

• Order number

Step 2: Prepare Your Return

• Package up your uniform items securely.

• Make sure all items are clean and in good condition.

Step 3: Choose How You Want to Return

After you complete the form, you will be given two choices:

• QR Code Return

  • A QR code will be provided.

  • Take your packaged items and QR code to the nearest Post Office or Royal Mail drop-off point.

  • Staff will scan your code and issue a return label.

• Print & Post Return

  • A return label will be provided for download.

  • Print the label, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at your nearest Post Office or Royal Mail location.

Step 4: Send Back Your Uniform

• For exchanges, replacement items will be sent once we receive your return.
